    背景介绍
    TNF-α是一种单核因子，主要由单核细胞和巨噬细胞产生， T 淋巴
    细胞、T 细胞杂交瘤、T 淋巴样细胞系以 NK 细胞等在 PMA 刺激下也
    可分泌 TNF-α；SAC、PMA、抗 IgM 可刺激正常 B 细胞产生 TNF-α，
    此外，中性粒细胞、LAK、星状细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞亦可产生
    TNF-α。成熟的大鼠 TNF-α分子量为 17kDa，由 156 个氨基酸残基组成，
    第 69 位和 100 位两个半胱氨酸形成分子内二硫键，有一个糖基化点，
    但糖基化不影响其生物学功能。鼠与人的 TNF-α有 79%氨基酸组成同
    源性，TNF-α的生物学作用无明显的种属特异性。大鼠的 TNF-α是由活
    化的巨噬细胞及其它类型的细胞，包括 T 细胞和 B 细胞、NK 细胞、LAK
    细胞、星形胶质细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和某些肿瘤细胞产生。
