Protein MAK16 homolog, NNP78, Protein RBM13, RBM13, MAK16L, RBM13.

MAK16 is a member of the MAK16 family.

MAK16 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 323 amino acids (1-300 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 37.8kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher).
MAK16 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

MAK16 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) contains Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4), 30% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
