Adenosine deaminase-like protein (ADAL) is a putative nucleoside deaminase. ADAL catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine or some similar substrate and has a role in purine metabolism.

ADAL Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 292 amino acids (1-267) and having a molecular mass of 32.7kDa.
ADAL is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

The ADAL solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 80% as determined by Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
