    二、IFN-γ的生物意义

    干扰素γ(IFN-γ)是一种多效性细胞因子,主要由活化的NK细胞和T细胞分泌。它不仅具有抗病毒作用,还参与免疫调节、抑制细胞增殖和促炎反应。IFN-γ能显著上调抗原呈递细胞的MHC I类和II类分子表达,在适应性免疫中发挥关键作用。

      克隆号XMG1.2可特异性结合小鼠IFN-γ,无交叉反应性,保证实验数据的准确性。

      PE标记可被488 nm、532 nm、561 nm激光激发,检测窗口为575 nm(推荐滤光片585/42 nm),兼容多数流式细胞仪。

    3. 严格质量控制

      • 浓度:5 μL/Test

      • 储存缓冲液:含0.09%die氮化钠和1% BSA的PBS(pH 7.2)
