Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse lung.
IL13 Receptor alpha 1 stained by IL13 Receptor alpha 1 antibody (GTX105788) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL13 Receptor alpha 1 antibody (GTX105788) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
