Wild-type (WT) and Lamin B1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Lamin B1 antibody (GTX103292) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunoprecipitation of Lamin B1 protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of Lamin B1 antibody (GTX103292).
Western blot analysis was performed using Lamin B1 antibody (GTX103292).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
Lamin B1 antibody detects Lamin B1 protein by Western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Lamin B1 antibody (GTX103292) diluted by 1:1000.
