Rat plasma (50 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombin antibody (GTX101270) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Thrombin antibody detects Thrombin protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Thrombin stained by Thrombin antibody (GTX101270) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombin antibody (GTX101270) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
