Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Kallikrein 7 antibody (GTX100700) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Kallikrein 7 antibody detects Kallikrein 7 protein at cell membrane and secreted by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse skin.
Kallikrein 7 stained by Kallikrein 7 antibody (GTX100700) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Kallikrein 7 antibody (GTX100700) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
