Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR120 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX100364) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
GPR120 antibody [N1N2], N-term detects GPR120 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse testis.
