EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with hnRNP F antibody [N1N3] (GTX114476) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
HepG2 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with hnRNP F antibody [N1N3] (GTX114476) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
