Wild-type (WT) and p38 MAPK knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p38 MAPK antibody [N1C3-2] (GTX110720) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
p38 MAPK antibody [N1C3-2] detects p38 MAPK protein at cytoplasm in rat brain by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat brain.
p38 MAPK antibody [N1C3-2] (GTX110720) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p38 MAPK antibody (GTX110720) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
p38 antibody [N1C3-2] detects p38 protein at nucleus on human lung adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung adenocarcinoma.

p38 MAPK antibody [N1C3-2] detects p38 MAPK protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA for 10 min.
Green: p38 MAPK protein stained by p38 MAPK antibody [N1C3-2] (GTX110720) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
