Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TMS1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX102474) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
TMS1 antibody [N1C3] detects TMS1 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HCT 116 cells were fixed in 2% PFA/culture medium at 37oC for 30 min.
Green: TMS1 protein stained by TMS1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX102474) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TMS1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX102474) diluted at 1:500.
