Western blot using GeneTex's protein-A purified anti-pig TNFa antibody shows detection of recombinant pig TNFa at about 16.9 kDa raised in yeast. The identity of the faint band at 135 kDa is not known. The protein was purified and resolved by SDS-PAGE, then transferred to PVDF membrane. Membrane was blocked with 3% BSA , and probed with 1 μg/mL primary antibody overnight at 4ºC. After washing, membrane was probed with IRDye800 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG for 45 min at room temperature.
