LS-F50811 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human IgM in samples of Plasma, Serum, Tissue Homogenates and Urine. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IgM as low as 1.17 nanograms per millilter.Specifications

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human IgM. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human IgM and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between human IgM and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
