LS-F55231 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Rabbit IL5 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IL5 as low as 3 picograms per milliliter.

Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

Protocol
 

1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards.
2. Add 100 uL standard or sample to each well.
3. Incubate 2 hours at 37ºC.
4. Aspirate and add 100 uL prepared Detection Reagent A.
5. Incubate 1 hour at 37ºC.
6. Aspirate and wash 3 times.
7. Add 100 uL prepared Detection Reagent B.
8. Incubate 30 minutes at 37ºC.
9. Aspirate and wash 5 times.
10. Add 90 uL Substrate Solution.
11. Incubate 10-20 minutes at 37ºC.
12. Add 50 uL Stop Solution.
13. Read at 450nm immediately.
