LIN28 plays an important role as a ’translational enhancer’， leading specific mRNAs to polysomes and therefore increasing the competence of protein synthesis. LIN28 is a marker of undi大肠杆菌中重组表达erentiated human embryonic stem cells and it enhances the e大肠杆菌中重组表达iciency of the formation of induced pluripotent stem （iPS） cells from human fibroblasts. LIN28 binds to the let-7 pre-miRNA and blocks production of the mature let-7 microRNA in mouse embryonic stem cells. Overexpression of LIN28 is associated with human germ-cell tumors.

Recombinant Human LIN28 produced in E.Coli is a single， non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 191 amino acids （42-209） and having a molecular mass of 21.1 kDa. LIN28 is expressed with a 23 amino acid His tag fused at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

溶解建议:
Sterile filtered colorless solution. The LIN28 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl， pH-8， 10% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.

保存建议：
Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store， frozen at -20℃ for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
