描述
人/动物血清和血浆是生物标志物鉴定的最佳样本，然而，大量白蛋白的存在干扰了许多检测和功能蛋白质组学分析。血清白蛋白占总血清蛋白的50-70%，严重干扰了1D和2D电泳的分辨率。使用本试剂可有效去除白蛋白，可提高许多检测的灵敏度。与树脂结合法白蛋白去除试剂盒不同(只处理微量样品)，MinuteTM白蛋白去除试剂可以处理几微升到几毫升的样品。90%以上的白蛋白可以在不到5分钟内被除去。
