核酸提取仪Gene-Pure
操作步骤：
1.裂解 在裂解缓冲液中破碎细胞，将核酸释放到缓冲液中。
2.吸附 在缓冲液中加入磁珠，充分混合使核酸被磁珠表面基团所吸附。
3.清洗 清洗磁珠，除去不需要的核酸、蛋白或盐类等杂质。
4.洗脱 磁珠转移到洗脱缓冲液中，充分混合，使核酸融入洗脱缓冲液。
5.回收 缓冲液中去除磁珠，回收核酸溶液。
