LS-F52035 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human HMOX1 / HO-1 in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of HMOX1 / HO-1 as low as 3.9 nanograms per millilter.Specifications

Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human HO-1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human HO-1 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between human HO-1 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
