    PDCs分选试剂盒是一个间接磁性标记系统，用于从PBMCs中分选未用抗体标记的PDCs。使用一系列生物素结合的抗体混合物和抗生物素微珠间接磁性标记非PDCs（T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞、MDCs、单核细胞、粒细胞、红细胞），然后进行磁性分选。标记细胞滞留在分选柱中，未标记的PDCs在阴性成分中被收集。分选出来的PDCs表型为CD303(BDCA-2)+、CD304(BDCA-4/Neuropilin-1)+、CD123+、CD4+、CD45RA+、CD141(BDCA-3)dim、CD1c(BDCA-1)-、CD2-，这群细胞缺乏细胞系标志（CD3、CD14、CD16、CD19、CD20、CD56），也不表达髓系标志CD13、CD33和Fc受体CD32、CD64、FcεRI 。建议使用CD303(BDCA-2)抗体染色来评价该试剂盒的MACS分选效果。 应用：在直接标记表面分子会干扰后续实验的研究中，需要使用PDCs分选试剂盒分选PDCs，如表面分子本身的研究、表面分子在细胞活化中的作用、细胞分化研究。在不适合选用CD303(BDCA-2)微珠试剂盒的情况下，PDCs分选试剂盒还可以用于从扁桃腺中富集PDCs。 分选柱：LS、LD或autoMACSTM分选柱。
