制备：从高纯度（>98%）重组hIL-19预免疫的兔子血清中制备。通过亲和层析纯化抗人IL-19特异性抗体，然后进行生物素化。
免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人IL-19（PeproTech目录#200-19）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hIL-19，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人IL-19（500-P189）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hIL-19。
生物素化抗人IL-19夹心ELISA
Western Blot：为了通过Western Blot分析检测hIL-19，该抗体可在0.1-0.2µg/ml的浓度下使用。与兼容的二级试剂结合使用，在还原或非还原条件下，重组hIL-19的检测限为1.5-3.0 ng/lane。
