夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA检测人类p16-INK4a-TAT（使用100μl/孔），需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人p16-INK4a-TAT（500-P284）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组人p16-INK4a-TAT。
