    HPLC

    The extracts were analyzed by HPLC (SHIMADZU LC-20AT, Japan) equipped with a C18-H column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 µm, Agilent, ZORBAX, SB-C18, America) using a UV/VIS detector at 292 nm21. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) and pure water (B), and the samples were eluted using a gradient elution program with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min at 40 °C: 0–10 min, linear gradient from 70% A/30% B to 90% A/10% B; 10–40 min, linear gradient from 90% A/10% B to 100% A/0% B; 40–70 min, 100% A/0% B; 70–71 min, linear gradient from 100% A/0% B to 70% A/30% B21.
