测定意义：
LOX广泛存在于植物组织中，催化不饱和脂肪酸氧化反应，导致膜脂过氧化。在植物的生长发育、成熟衰老及逆境胁迫过程中具有重要作用。
测定原理：
LOX催化亚油酸氧化，氧化产物在234nm处有特征吸收峰；脂氧合酶 （LOX)测试盒测定234nm吸光度增加速率，来计算LOX活性。
自备仪器和用品：
研钵、冰、台式离心机、紫外分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、可调式移液枪和蒸馏水。
