关于AIFM1：
Apoptosis-Inducing Factor 1, Mitochondrial (AIFM1) is a flavoprotein essential for nuclear disassembly in apoptotic cells that is found in the mitochondrial intermembrane space in healthy cells. During apoptosis, it is translocated from the mitochondria to the nucleus to function as a proapoptotic factor in a caspase-independent pathway, while in normal mitochondria, it functions as an antiapoptotic factor via its oxidoreductase activity. The soluble form (AIFsol) found in the nucleus induces parthanatos i.e., caspase-independent fragmentation of chromosomal DNA. AIFM1 interacts with EIF3G, and thereby inhibits the EIF3 machinery and protein synthesis, and activates casapse-7 to amplify apoptosis. It binds to DNA in a sequence-independent manner and plays a critical role in caspase-independent, pyknotic cell death in hydrogen peroxide-exposed cells.

关于ZNF75A：
Zinc Finger Protein 75A (ZNF75A) is a member of krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. The human ZNF75 gene is located on Xq26, which has only limited homology (less than 65%) to other ZF genes in the databases. One of these, ZNF75B is a pseudogene mapped to chromosome 12q13. The other two, ZNF75A and ZNF75C, maintain an ORF in the sequenced region, and at least the latter is expressed in the U937 cell line. ZNF75A contains five C2H2-type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain. ZNF75A is a nucleus protein, may involves in transcriptional regulation.

BCL2/Adenovirus E1B 19 kDa Protein-Iinteracting Protein 3 (BNIP3) is a single-pass membrane protein. BNIP3 is a member of the NIP3 family. BNIP3 contains a single Bcl-2 homology 3 domain and interacts with the E1B 19 kDa protein. BNIP3 have been associated with pro-apoptotic function. BNIP3 is an apoptosis-inducing protein that can overcome BCL2 suppression. It plays a role in repartitioning calcium between the two major intracellular calcium stores in association with BCL2. BNIP3 involved in mitochondrial quality control via its interaction with SPATA18/MIEAP, response to mitochondrial damage, participates to mitochondrial protein catabolic process.
