免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组大鼠IFN-γ（PeproTech目录#400-20）
夹心ELISA：为了通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测大鼠IFN-γ，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗大鼠IFN-γ（500-P122）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组大鼠IFN-γ。
生物素化抗鼠干扰素-γ（多克隆兔）夹心ELISA
