免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的，20.8 kDa重组人波斯芬（PeproTech目录#450-12）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hPersephin，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化的多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人波斯芬（500-P138）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组人脑啡肽。
