Plexin D1 antibody detects Plexin D1 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Frozen-sectioned mouse cerebral cortex.
Green: Plexin D1 stained by Plexin D1 antibody (GTX130372) diluted at 1:250.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Plexin D1 antibody (GTX130372) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
