Do not administer it to human.This kit is for fractionating and extracting nuclear proteins (soluble and insoluble proteins) and cytoplasmic proteins from cultured cells and tissue samples. By using the Nuclear Fractionation Buffer, nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions are fractionated, and subsequently intact soluble nuclear proteins can be extracted from the fractionated nuclear fraction by using the Nuclear Extraction Buffer. In addition, nuclear matrix proteins in the insoluble nuclear fraction are solubilized with the SDS Lysis Buffer and denatured proteins can be extracted for analyses such as Western blot.
