Product Description

LS-F31428 is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) development kit that contains sufficient reagents to produce approximately 200 Wells for the Quantitative detection of Human CCL2 / MCP1. The kit is supplied with the components listed below, a list of other recommended reagents, and a protocol (see manual) for preparing ELISA assay plates to detect levels of CCL2 / MCP1 within a range of 16 to 2000 picograms per milliliter.
About CCL2 / MCP1
CCL2 / MCP1 is one of several cytokine genes clustered on the q-arm of chromosome 17. Chemokines are a superfamily of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The superfamily is divided into four subfamilies based on the arrangement of N-terminal cysteine residues of the mature peptide.
