制备：由高纯度（>98%）重组hBetacellulin预免疫的兔子血清制成。用亲和层析法纯化抗人Betacellin特异性抗体，然后进行生物素化。
免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人betacellin（PeproTech目录#100-50）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测HBetacellin，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人β细胞球蛋白（500-P254）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hBetacellulin。
生物素化抗人Betacellin夹心ELISA
