免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的38.4 kDa重组人Wnt-1（PeproTech目录#120-17）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hWNT-1，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的该抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人WNT-1（500-P250）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hWNT-1。
Western Blot：为了通过Western Blot分析检测hWNT-1，该抗体可在0.1-0.2µg/ml的浓度下使用。与兼容的二级试剂结合使用，在还原或非还原条件下，重组hWNT-1的检测限为1.5-3.0 ng/lane。
