应用
肝素黄杆菌肝素酶III已用于裂解特定GAG。[1][2]已用于研究其对与抗aFGF(酸性成纤维细胞生长因子)抗体反应的蛋白质的电泳迁移率的影响。[3]生化/生理作用
肝素酶III可防止体内新血管的形成。[4]它在HNY-I和HNY、6X-G2连接处特异性降解硫酸肝素。与其他肝素酶不同,肝素酶III不含氨基酸半胱氨酸。它含有13个组氨酸残基,这是其催化作用的原因。[5]该酶对肝素或低分子量肝素没有活性。肝素降解裂解酶,识别硫酸肝素蛋白聚糖为其主要底物。单位定义
