LS-F42 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human BMP7 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of BMP7 as low as 8.23 picograms per milliliter.
About BMP7
The bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are a family of secreted signaling molecules that can induce ectopic bone growth. Many BMPs are part of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGFB) superfamily.
