关于IL-33：
Interleukin-33 (IL-33) belongs to the IL-1 superfamily. IL33 is highly expressed in endothelial venules found in tonsils, Peyer patches and mesenteric lymph nodes, but almost undetectable in placenta. IL33 induces the production of T helper-2 (Th2)-associated cytokines. IL-33 is a cytokine that mediates its biological effects by binding to and signals through IL1RL1/ST2 and IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL1RAP), activating intracellular molecules in the NF-κB and MAP kinase signaling pathways that drive production of type 2 cytokines from polarized Th2 cells.

Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 5 (CCL5) plays an active role in recruiting leukocytes into inflammatory sites. CCL5 is secreted by many cell types at inflammatory sites and it exerts a wide range of activities through the receptors CCR1, CCR3, CCR4, and CCR5. N-Terminal truncated CCL5/RANTES, Met-RANTES, and amino-oxypentane (AOP)-RANTES exhibit antagonist or partial agonist functions on their receptors. Hyaluronidase-1 (HYAL1) is a secreted lysosomal hyaluronidase that belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 56 family. HYAL1 contains one EGF-like domain and is highly expressed in the liver, kidney, and heart, but it is weakly expressed in the lung, placenta, and skeletal muscle. HYAL1 is thought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation. It may play a role in promoting tumor progression and blocking the TGFB1-enhanced cell growth. lysozyme C is a secreted protein and belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 22 family. Lysozymes have primarily a bacteriolytic function, damage bacterial cell walls by catalyzing hydrolysis of 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in a peptidoglycan and between N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in chitodextrins. Those in tissues and body fluids are associated with the monocyte-macrophage system and enhance the activity of immunoagents. Lysozyme C is capable of both hydrolysis and transglycosylation; it shows also a slight esterase activity. It acts rapidly on both peptide-substituted and unsubstituted peptidoglycan, and slowly on chitin oligosaccharides.

Mouse V-set domain-containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1/VTCN1/B7-H4 is glycosylated member of the B7 family of immune co‑stimulatory proteins. B7-H4 consists of extracellular domain (ECD) with one Ig-like V-set domain and one Ig-like C2-set domain. It is widely expressed, including in kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, placenta, prostate, spleen, testis and thymus. B7-H4 negatively regulates T-cell-mediated immune response by inhibiting T-cell activation, proliferation, cytokine production and development of cytotoxicity. When expressed on the cell surface of tumor macrophages, plays an important role, together with regulatory T-cells (Treg), in the suppression of tumor-associated antigen-specific T-cell immunity. It also involved in promoting epithelial cell transformation.
