G-CSF质量控制：＞95%(还原性SDS-PAGE)。

G-CSF制剂：冻干品

G-CSF保存：
冻干蛋白可在-20℃长期保存，室温也可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天。
复溶后建议分装冻存在-20℃，可保存3个月，应避免反复冻融。

G-CSF复溶：
1、试剂开盖前请先离心。
2、复溶浓度应大于100 μg/ml.
3、冻干蛋白溶于ddH2O中
4、复溶后根据使用量分装保存，避免反复冻融。

关于G-CSF：
Human Granulocyte-Colony-Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is 20 kD glycoprotein containing internal disulfide bonds. It induces the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of neutrophilic granulocyte precursor cells and it functionally activates mature blood neutrophils. Among the family of colony-stimulating factors, G-CSF is the most potent inducer of terminal differentiation to granulocytes and macrophages of leukemic myeloid cell lines. The synthesis of G-CSF can be induced by bacterial endotoxins, TNF, Interleukin-1, and GM-CSF. Prostaglandin E2 inhibits the synthesis of G-CSF.
