商品关键词:Animal-Free Recombinant Human GM-CSF,AF-300-03-500µg,Biogems
简单描述:GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of neutrophils and macrophages and promotes the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells. It is produced in endothelial cells, monocytes, fibroblasts and T-lymphocytes. GM-CSF inhibits neutrophil migration and enhances the functional activity of the mature end-cells. The human and murine molecules are species-specific and exhibit no cross-species reactivity. Recombinant human GM-CSF is a 14.6 kDa globular protein consisting of 128 amino acids containing two intramolecular disulfide bonds and two potential N-linked glycosylation sites. Manufactured using all non-animal reagents.
Purity: Above 109% as determined by SDS-PAGE Analysis.
Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human TF-1 cells is ≤ 0.1 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥ 1 x 107 units/mg.
Cell Type: Monocytes and Macrophages, Treg cells, Stem Cells, Endothelial Cells
