In Vivo: Beclometasone dipropionate (150 µg/kg; nebulization; male BALB/c mice) relieves asthma and decreases total cell number and relative eosinophil number.

癌患者禁用。 二、抗着床避孕药 此类药物也称探亲避孕药，主要使子宫内膜发生各种功能和形态变化，使之不利于孕卵着床。我国多用大剂量炔诺酮（5mg/次）或甲地孕酮（2mg/片）；此外还研制成一种新型抗着床药双炔失碳酯（anorethidrane dipropionate，53抗孕片）。本类药物主要优点是应用不受月经周期的限制，无论在排卵前、排卵期或排卵后服用，都可影响孕卵着床。一般于同居当晚或事后服用。同居14日以内必须连服14片，如超过14日，应接服Ⅰ号或Ⅱ号口服
