夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hNNT-1/BCSF-3，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。该生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人NNT-1/BCSF-3（500-P186）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hNNT-1/BCSF-3。
