General description
蛋清胰蛋白酶抑制剂是无血清细胞培养基中胰蛋白酶、纤溶酶和血浆激肽释放酶活性的抑制剂。它不抑制金属、半胱氨酸和天冬氨酸蛋白酶或组织激肽释放酶（丝氨酸蛋白酶）。
Application
胰蛋白酶抑制剂已用于:
- 作为裂解液组分，用于处理Tsc2fl/fl（对照）和Tsc2fl/flLyz2-Cre（敲除[KO]）骨髓来源巨噬细胞(BMDM)，以便进行免疫印迹
- 在脑室区细胞培养物中的干细胞完成消化解离后，灭活胰蛋白酶
- 在大脑组织完成解离和胰酶消化后，中和胰蛋白酶
- 终止组织解聚和用于传代培养程序。
鸡胚胰蛋白酶抑制剂用于终止组织解聚和传代培养程序。
Preparation Note
2至8°C下储存。（干态保存！）
工作浓度： 0
工作液： 推荐溶剂为蒸馏水。
贮备液：1mg/ml
储存条件（工作液）：-15 至-25℃
在蒸馏水或 1 mM hcl 中至少可稳定 6 个月，当以等分试样冷冻储存时。避免反复冻融循环。
