【产品概述】
本产品为预混的含有优化浓度的高纯度Taq DNA Polymerase、dNTPs、Mg2+、反应缓冲液和稳定剂等成分的2倍浓度的即用型PCR试剂。使用时只需加入DNA模板和引物，并用水补足体系至反应浓度（1×）。本产品具有使用方便、灵敏度高、扩增性能强、稳定性好等优点，可最大限度地减少人为误差、节约操作时间、降低污染几率，适合大规模基因检测、快速克隆筛选、半定量PCR实验和微量DNA模板的检测等。PCR产物的3’端附有一个突出的"A"碱基，纯化后可直接用于T载体克隆。PCR扩增产物不推荐用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
本产品有含染料(蓝色)和不含染料(无色)两种选择。使用含染料的产品在PCR反应完成后，不需添加上样缓冲液即可直接上样进行电泳；也可经过纯化处理，以用于酶切、连接、荧光测序等后续操作。
