文献和实验酶测定具有一定的鉴别价值，癌性腹水时铁蛋白多大于600μg/L，腹水铁蛋白/血清铁蛋白比值>1，溶菌酶水平不高，多为癌性腹水；结核性腹水时，铁蛋白和溶菌酶水平均增高。腹水细胞染色体检测鉴别良恶性腹水更有价值。染色体核型分析对恶性腹水诊断的敏感性约80%，比细胞学检查的敏感性高。尤其是当临床高度怀疑为恶性腹水而细胞病理学检查阴性或难以肯定为癌细胞时，染色体检查可弥补其不足，两法同时检测的特异性为100%，敏感性约92%。近年来用流式细胞术分析腹水细胞周期与DNA倍体，对筛查恶性腹水又增加了新的手段。多种
