关于NPDC1：
Neural proliferation differentiation and control protein 1(NPDC1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NPDC1 gene. It is asingle-pass membrane protein and belongs to the NPDC1/cab-1 family. The protein strongly expressed in adult brain and especially in hippocampus, frontal lobe and temporal lobe. The protein suppresses oncogenic transformation in neural and non-neural cells and down-regulates neural cell proliferation and it might be involved in transcriptional regulation.

Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Subfamily A Member 2 (LILRA2) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. LILRA2 is expressed predominantly on monocytes and B cells, and at lower levels on dendritic cells and natural killer cells. LILRA2 contains four Ig-like C2-type domains, with short cytoplasmic domains lacking an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) and with transmembrane regions containing a charged arginine residue, may initiate stimulatory cascades. LILRA2 does not bind class I MHC antigens.

lysozyme C is a secreted protein and belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 22 family. Lysozymes have primarily a bacteriolytic function, damage bacterial cell walls by catalyzing hydrolysis of 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in a peptidoglycan and between N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in chitodextrins. Those in tissues and body fluids are associated with the monocyte-macrophage system and enhance the activity of immunoagents. Lysozyme C is capable of both hydrolysis and transglycosylation; it shows also a slight esterase activity. It acts rapidly on both peptide-substituted and unsubstituted peptidoglycan, and slowly on chitin oligosaccharides.

Myocilin is a variably glycosylated 65kD secreted polypeptide. Myocilin is a member of Olfactomedin-related protein family. Myocilin is expressed in large amounts in various types of muscle, ciliary body, papillary sphincter, skeletal muscle, heart and other tissues. Myocilin is predominantly expressed in the retina. In normal eyes, it is found in the inner uveal meshwork region and the anterior portion of the meshwork. In contrast, in many glaucomatous eyes, it is found in more regions of the meshwork and appeared more intensively than in normal eyes, regardless of the type or clinical severity of glaucoma. Myocilin may participate in the obstruction of fluid outflow in the trabecular meshwork.
