一般描述
抗蛋白酶肽是从放线菌中分离的蛋白酶抑制剂。 它可以抑制血栓激酶和凝血。

生化/生理作用
丝氨酸/半胱氨酸蛋白酶和一些胰蛋白酶样丝氨酸蛋白酶的可逆性抑制剂。其操作类似于亮肽素；但其对纤溶酶的抑制作用较小，对组织蛋白酶 A 的抑制作用大于亮抑酶肽。长期给予止痛剂可降低 BALB/c-/3T3 细胞化学诱导转化的频率。

工作浓度： 50μg/ml
工作液： 溶于水、甲醇或 DMSO 至 20 mg/mL。略溶于乙醇、丙醇或丁醇。不溶于苯、氯仿 (CHcl 3 )、己烷或石油和乙mi。
储存条件（工作液）：-15 至-25°C
稀释液应分装冷冻储存于-15 至-25°C 条件下。应避免微生物的生长和反复冷冻。稳定约一个月。
在 50 mg/mL 水中进行溶解度试验，得到澄清至轻微浑浊的黄色溶液。据报道，它可溶于甲醇、水和 DMSO；不易溶于乙醇、丁醇和丙醇；不溶于苯、己烷和氯仿。8 水或缓冲液中的储备液-20°C 条件下可稳定储存约 1 个月。
