关于EDA2R/TNFRSF27/XEDAR ：
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 27, also known as XEDAR and EDA2R, is a type III transmembrane protein of the TNFR superfamily. EDA2R consists of extracellular domain (ECD) with 3 cysteine-rich repeats and a single transmembrane domain but lacks an N-terminal signal peptide. EDA2R is widely expressed, notably in embryonic basal epidermal cells and maturing hair follicles. Even though it does not contain a cytoplasmic death domain, EDA2R can associate with Fas and induce EDA‑A2 dependent apoptosis. Its transcription is directly induced by p53, and it mediated cell death is p53 dependent. it is down‑regulated in breast, colon, and lung cancers, particularly in cases with p53 mutations. It also plays a role in EDA‑A2 induced skeletal muscle degeneration and osteoblast differentiation. Mutations in the EDA gene are associated with the X-linked form of Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED), a disease typically characterized by abnormal hair, teeth and sweat glands.

关于Serpin A5：
Serpin A5 is a member of the human Serpin superfamily consists of at least 35 members. It is synthesized in the liver and has been detected in saliva, cerebral spinal fluid, amniotic fluid, tears and semen. As a potent inhibitor of the protein C anticoagulant pathway at the levels of both zymogen activation and enzyme inhibition, Serpin A5 additionally inhibits a variety of serine protease including thrombin, factor Xa, several kallekreins and acrosin. It plays a critical role in the processes of blood of blood coagulation and fertilization. Serpin A5 also inhibits urinary plasminogen activator (uPA), a mediator of tumor cell invasion, and regulates tumor growth and metastasis by inhibiting angiogenesis. Furthermore, recent studies have identified PCI as a potent and direct inhibitor of activated HGFA (hepatocyte growth factor activator), suggesting a novel function in the regulation of tissue repair and regeneration. Similar to Serpins C1 and D1, the thrombin inhibitory activity of serpinA5 is enhanced by heparin.

关于TNFSF15：
Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 15 (TNFSF15) is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor family. TNFSF15 is predominantly an endothelial cell-specific gene, and recombinant TNFSF15 is a potent inhibitor of endothelial cell proliferation, angiogenesis and tumor growth. TNFSF15 exerts two activities on endothelial cells: early G1 arrest of G0/G1-cells responding to growth stimuli and programmed cell death of proliferating cells. These activities are highly specific to endothelial cells. TNFSF15 is also able to regulate the expression of several important genes involved in angiogenesis. These findings are consistent with the view that TNFSF15 functions as an autocrine cytokine to inhibit angiogenesis and stabilize the vasculature.
