关于CD44/MIC4：
CD44 is a cell-surface receptor for hyaluronic acid and also interacts with other ligands, such as osteopontin, collagens, and matrix metalloproteinases. A large number of CD44 isoforms can be generated by the insertion of different combinations of at least nine exons. Increased CD44 antigen is associated with relapses in non-small cell lung cancers. Furthermore, an increasing quantity of evidence suggests that CD44 has various functions related to inflammatory disease. CD44 deficiency induces severe liver injury. CD44-hyaluronate mediates in lymphocyte T and monocyte adhesion to the endothelium, stimulates proinflammatory cytokine release from macrophages and participates in dedifferentiation phenotype of smooth muscle cells from contractile state to synthetic one.

关于PFDN2：
Prefoldin Subunit 2 (PFDN2) belongs to the Prefoldin Beta subunit family. The PFDN2 protein is one of six subunits of Prefoldin that act as a molecular chaperone complex that binds and stabilizes newly synthesized polypeptides allowing them to fold correctly. PFDN2 binds specifically to Cytosolic Chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. PFDN2 also binds to a nascent polypeptide chain and promotes folding in settings where there are many competing pathways for non-native proteins.

关于DNAJB1：
DnaJ Homolog Subfamily B Member 1 (DNAJB1) is a member of the heat shock protein family. Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a highly conserved family of stress response proteins. HSPs function primarily as molecular chaperones, facilitating the folding of other cellular proteins, preventing protein aggregation, or targeting improperly folded proteins to specific degradative pathways. DNAJB1 regulates cellular processes by aiding in the folding, transport and assembly. DNAJB1 contains a J-domain which controls interaction with the ATPase domain of DnaK. DNAJB1 interacts with HSP70 and can stimulate its ATPase activity. In addition, DNAJB1 stimulates the association between HSC70 and HIP.
