关于Carbonic Anhydrase VB/CA5B：
Carbonic Anhydrase 5B (CA5B) is a member of alpha-carbonic anhydrase family (CAs) that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. CAs is associated with many biological processes, including calcification, respiration, bone resorption, acid-base balance and the formation of aqueous humor. CA5B is highly expressed in heart, pancreas, kidney, placenta, lung, and skeletal muscle, but it is restricted to the liver. CA5B is localized in the mitochondria and shows the highest sequence similarity to the other mitochondrial CA, CA-VA. CA5B is inhibited by coumarins, sulfonamide derivatives such as acetazolamide (AZA), saccharin, and Foscarnet.

关于CDCP1：
CUB domain-containing protein 1(CDCP1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein with a large extracellular domain (ECD) containing two CUB domains, and a smaller intracellular domain (ICD) containing five tyrosines. CDCP1 is widely expressed in human epithelial tissues, but its phosphorylation is only seen in mitotically detached or shedding cells, consistent with its role in the negative regulation of cell adhesion. The tyrosine phosphorylation of CDCP1 in cultured cells occurs when cells are induced to detach by trypsinor EDTA, or seen spontaneously during mitotic detachment. The overexpression of CDCP1 leads to the loss of cell adhesion and a detached phenotype.

Phosphatidylinositol 5-phosphate 4-kinase type-2 alpha (PIP4K2A) is a member of the phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase family. It contains 1 PIPK domain and is expressed ubiquitously, with high levels in the brain. It catalyzes the phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol 5-phosphate (PtdIns5P) on the fourth hydroxyl of the myo-inositol ring, to form phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2). It may exert its function by regulating the levels of PtdIns5P, which functions in the cytosol by increasing AKT activity and in the nucleus signals through ING2. It may regulate the pool of cytosolic PtdIns5P in response to the activation of tyrosine phosphorylation, negatively regulate insulin-stimulated glucose uptake by lowering the levels of PtdIns5P. It also involved in thrombopoiesis, and the terminal maturation of megakaryocytes and regulation of their size.
