关于CPE：
The active form of CPE cleaves C-terminal amino acid residues of the peptide, and is thus involved in the biosynthesis of peptide hormones and neurotransmitters including insulin, enkephalin, etc. It is thought that membrane-associated CPE acts as a sorting receptor for targeting regulated secretory proteins which are mostly prohormones and neuropeptides in the trans-Golgi network of the pituitary and in secretory granules into the secretory pathway. Defects in this protein are implicated in type II diabetes due to imp*(代"a")ired glucose clearance and insulin resistance.

关于BMPR-II：
Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor II (BMPR-II) is a Type II Serine/Threonine Kinase that mediates cellular responses to BMPs. BMPR-II is characterized by lacking of a GS domain, and presence of a C-terminal extension typical of type II receptors. BMPRII binds BMP2, BMP4 and BMP7 weakly in the absence of type I receptor, and the binding can be facilitated by the presence of the type I receptor, including BMPR-IA/Brk1, BMPR-IB, and ActR-I. BMPR-II plays a key role in cell growth. Defects in BMPR-II have been linked to primary pulmonary hypertension. Human and mouse BMPR-II are highly conserved and share 97 % amino acid sequence identity.

关于BTLA：
B- and T-Lymphocyte Attenuator (BTLA) is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. BTLA expression is induced during activation of T cells, and BTLA remains expressed on Th1 cells but not Th2 cells. Like PD1 and CTLA4, BTLA interacts with a B7 homolog, B7H4. However, unlike PD-1 and CTLA-4, BTLA displays T-Cell inhibition via interaction with tumor necrosis family receptors (TNF-R), not just the B7 family of cell surface receptors. BTLA is a lymphocyte inhibitory receptor that inhibits lymphocytes during immune response. BTLA also is a ligand for tumor necrosis factor (receptor) superfamily, member 14 (TNFRSF14), also known as herpes virus entry mediator (HVEM). BTLA-HVEM complexes negatively regulate T-cell immune responses.
