ETS1 Protein (ETS1) is a nuclear protein that belongs to the ETS family. Members of this family recognize the core consensus DNA sequence GGAA/T in target genes. Proteins function either as transcriptional activators or repressors of numerous genes. They are involved in stem cell development, cell senescence and death, and tumorigenesis. ETS1 is a transcription factor, containing one ETS DNA-binding domain and one PNT (pointed) domain. it has been shown to interact with TTRAP, UBE2I and Death Associated Protein 6.

关于CDCP1：
CUB domain-containing protein 1(CDCP1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein with a large extracellular domain (ECD) containing two CUB domains, and a smaller intracellular domain (ICD) containing five tyrosines. CDCP1 is widely expressed in human epithelial tissues, but its phosphorylation is only seen in mitotically detached or shedding cells, consistent with its role in the negative regulation of cell adhesion. The tyrosine phosphorylation of CDCP1 in cultured cells occurs when cells are induced to detach by trypsinor EDTA, or seen spontaneously during mitotic detachment. The overexpression of CDCP1 leads to the loss of cell adhesion and a detached phenotype.

NFYA founctions as a heterotrimeric transcription factor , which is composed of three components, NF-YA, NF-YB and NF-YC, binds to CCAAT motifs in the promoter regions in a variety of genes. NFYA forms a highly conserved transcription factor which stimulates the transcription of various genes by recognizing and binding to a CCAAT motif in promoters, for example in type 1 collagen, albumin and beta-actin genes.

关于LAIR2：
Leukocyte-Associated Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor 2 (LAIR2) is a secreted, 131 amino acid protein that contains one Ig-like C2 type domain, making it a member of the Ig superfamily. When comp*(代"a")red to LAIR-1, its transmembrane counterpart, it shares 83% amino acid identity across the signal sequence and extracellular domains; although one is secreted and one is membrane-bound, the two LAIR proteins are thought to have arisen from a common gene ancestor and appear to share similar adhesion profiles. This suggests that LAIR-2 may compete with LAIR-1 for ligand binding. A 114 amino acid alternate splice form of LAIR-2 is truncated at the C terminus, but retains the entire Ig domain. The expression profile of these splice forms, and the presence of orthologs in other species, have not been reported.
