关于CPB2：
Carboxypeptidase B2 (CPB2) is a secreted enzyme that belongs to the peptidase M14 family. CPB2 is synthesized by the liver and circulates in the plasma as a plasminogen-bound zymogen by the liver and circulates in the plasma as a plasminogen-bound zymogen. CPB2 cleaves C-terminal arginine or lysine residues from biologically active peptides, such as kinins or anaphylatoxins, in the circulation regulating their activities. CPB2 also down-regulates fibrinolysis by removing C-terminal lysine residues from fibrin that has already been partially degraded by plasmin. CPB2 exhibits carboxypeptidase activity when it is activated by proteolysis at residue Arg92 of the thrombin/thrombomodulin complex. Activated CPB2 reduces fibrinolysis by removing the fibrin C-terminal residues that are important for the binding and activation of plasminogen.

关于Collectin-11：
Collectin-11 is a secreted protein that belongs to the COLEC10/COLEC11 family. Collectin-11 contains one C-type lectin domain and one collagen-like domain. Collectins play important roles in the innate immune system by binding to carbohydrate antigens on microorganisms, facilitating their recognition and removal. Collectin-11 binds to various sugars including fucose and mannose, but does not bind to glucose, N-acetylglucosamine and N-acetylgalactosamine. It has a higher affinity for fucose comp*(代"a")red to mannose. Collectin-11 binds lipopolysaccharides (LPS). It also involved in fundamental development serving as a guidance cue for neural crest cell migration. Defects in Collectin-11 are the cause of 3MC syndrome type 2 (3MC2).

Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor Receptor Subunit α (CSF2RA) is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family of Type 5 subfamily. The CSF2RA gene is found in the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes with some of the isoforms being membrane-bound and others being soluble. CSF2RA is a low affinity receptor for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. CSF2RA transduces a signal that results in the proliferation, differentiation, and functional activation of hematopoietic cells. Defects in CSF2RA are the cause of pulmonary surfactant metabolism dysfunction type 4 (SMDP4).
